101 Productions, Ltd. is a theatrical General Management firm co-founded and headed by Wendy Orshan and Jeffrey M. Wilson. Formed in 1994, the company has provided executive producing and general management services for over 31 years on more than 140 Broadway, Off Broadway and touring productions including the original productions of Spamalot, Radio Golf, Noise/Funk, Lucky Guy, History Boys, Hedwig, Pretty Woman: The Musical, Dear Evan Hansen; as well as revivals of The Normal Heart, Kiss Me Kate, Noises Off, Macbeth, for colored girls.., Plaza Suite, A Doll’s House and many more, including several high-profile international transfers. 101 currently manages Joe Turner’s Come and Gone starring Taraji P. Henson and Cedric The Entertainer; the National Tour of the Tony Award-winning Some Like It Hot, and the National Tour of the Tony Award-winning musical Suffs. Recent Broadway shows include: the revival of Art starring Bobby Cannavale, James Cordon and Neil Patrick Harris; the revival of Waiting For Godot starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter; the Olivier Award-winning revival of Cabaret, the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of Sunset Blvd. with Nicole Scherzinger, Othello with Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal, Romeo + Juliet with Kit Connor and Rachel Zegler, and the Tony Award-winning production of Suffs. They’ve also general managed several London transfers, having built a long-standing relationship with the prestigious Donmar Theater and The National Theatre. Special projects include The New Island Festival on Governor’s Island; A Broadway Celebration – In Performance at the White House for PBS; IBM's Centennial Gala; Barack on Broadway, a benefit for the Obama Victory Fund; and Eclipsed at the Curran (San Francisco).
Prior to the formation of 101 Productions, Ms. Orshan assisted R. Tyler Gatchell, Jr. at the general management firm Gatchell & Neufeld, Ltd., where she worked by his side on more than 25 Broadway and touring shows, including the record-breaking international tour of The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber with Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford, where she met the show’s then-Company Manager Jeff Wilson. Three years later, the two joined together to launch 101 Productions, named after the animated Disney film they both love. Over the course of their careers together, Wendy and Jeff have worked with first-time producers, veteran producers, institutions, and everyone in between. They also serve as Executive Producer on many productions, taking on a more active role beyond the traditional general management duties.

101 Productions has four additional General Managers - Chris Morey, Jeff Klein, Chris Taggart, and Marshall Purdy - as well as Tour Engagement Manager, Ron Gubin. Chris Morey graduated from NYU and as a Company Manager toured the U.S. with Cats, Music of the Night, and Mamma Mia, among others, and served as Associate GM on the Los Angeles production of God of Carnage. Jeff Klein is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he studied business and theatre, and began working in general management with 101 Productions in 2016 after having served on several Broadway and touring productions as a Company Manager. Chris Taggart holds an MFA in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University, and has worked as a Company Manager on numerous Broadway shows, including Carousel, Aladdin, The Book of Mormon, The Front Page, The Humans, and the 2022 revival of Macbeth. Marshall Purdy’s career spans general managing musicals and plays on and off Broadway, plus a 14 year stint at Disney Theatrical Productions. Most recently, he general managed The Music Man at the Winter Garden Theatre and was a member of Come From Away's general management team. Ron Gubin began working in theatrical management in the early 1980's and has served as a Company Manager or Booking Agent for numerous Broadway and touring productions. 101 has an Associate General Manager as well: Kathy Kim is the First Vice Chair of Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the NYS Bar Association and is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.

The office currently mentors with the NYU and Pace mentee programs. They are also current consultants for Miami New Drama. Wendy Orshan acts as a board member of the Entertainment Community Fund.
